Ok, so who is good enough for the Chief? Racetrack, Dee (if she takes some time to get over Lee first), anyone else?

Thanks for the rebut, Aset. I don't deny that it's possible Romo clerked for an aged Joe Adama, and not knowing the ins and outs of Joe's criminal and civil liberties defense career before, during and after the first Cylon war creates a universe of chronology possibilities. That's just my theory with some sprinkled reasoning. More than likely Starbuck's Dad was the final 'bot...or Caroly Adama...or even Dirk Benedict.

Default Fairly New listener from NYC

Listening to podcasts about month now. this is my first post and been wanting to say this since first hearing it. All three of you guys have great "on air" voices. Seriously, take it from someone who started listening to the great Jean Sheperd when i was a small boy. started listening because i am huge fan of BSG, listened to other BSG podcasts no one come close to have the voice qualites that you three have. consider a career in Radio, because you got what it takes, as good as the pros and far better than any other amateurs. Not just blowin smoke up your butts, either i subscribe to about 20 podcasts, NPR, New York talk shows and others. I am a Union iron worker here in NYC and try to listen while dive to and from work, and if i'm doing something solo like welding, i'll hide earphones and ipod and listen During work. Thats all from me, wanted to say that about your Great quality voices, and break ice to say hi to fellow, BSG fans, Sincerly, JohnnyRock

As a few people mentioned earlier, Laura did look pretty different this episode. She looked very feline.

Below is a clip of Jeremy Bulloch being presented his Boba Fett replica. He really comes across as such a nice guy and has always been very kind to the fans. Maybe one day he'll get the suit he wore as the Corellian Corvette pilot from Episode III. lol

Dude, I love Cavil, but you're totally right about the Cavil sexual orientation of Skeevy! That totally nails it.

All right, finally getting through podcast 95 and wanted to comment on your reply to my call (instead of grading papers, like I should be): I understand what you're saying, Chuck, but when Baltar has lied to cover his "existential ass" in the past, he's had interaction with Head Six and generally acts rather sneaky (cf. "the Hand of God"). When facing his would-be assassin and, in last week's episode starting down the guy who gave him craaaaap at the mess show a stronger, more confident side of Baltar that belies honesty or, at the very least, an honest belief in his lies--which have therefore ceased to be lies, since he sincerely believes them. Compare, for instance, Baltar's apparent conversion and submission to God's will in "33" to the way he talks about God in the first two episodes of this season.

This is a different man, Chuck. He may still be a weasel, but he's a weasel heading towards salvation.

Don't know if this has already been addressed or not, but I voted "disapproved" in the presidential poll because Roslin is the baldest of hypocrites when it comes to trusting spiritual experiences. It is bad enough that she is making policy based on prophecy (even if it happens to come true), but it's really indefensible that her private, privileged religious experiences are somehow more valid than Starbuck's. I completely agree with Kara on this one -- she deserves some trust from Roslin, but Roslin is too wrapped up in her own personal messiah complex to give it.

Clearly we're of like minds on Roslin's dealings with Starbuck. I guess what really rubs me the wrong way is that Roslin is becoming a "Fundamentalist" with respect to her religious views and their impact on her policy decisions...

Let me "third" those remarks. Roslin is one disturbing woman who I'm sure will become even more so as the season progresses. There's no way she turns out to be the "dying leader" after all.
